  I have never felt the need to publicly post a review of a company. As a long time business owner, I would hope to have had the opportunity to resolve any issues before a customer would have to resort to this type of forum. In this day and age, I understand that reviews are read and taken very seriously by potential customers.
  In my opinion though, this is one of the worst customer service companies I have ever had to deal with. My wife and I spent a considerable amount of money on redesigning and landscaping our back yard. We also signed up for their maintenance program to ensure a continuum of care and service.
  We have had a large dead tree for over 10 months, verified by their employees, and are still waiting for replacement. Management does not return multiple phone calls or emails. They have no sense of urgency or responsibility once the project is completed and they are paid.
  Their maintenance division lacks direction and leadership. We no longer allow them on our property without advance notice and our personal attendance because we felt we were being charged for inadequate services. We ask for specific tasks to be completed time and time again, only to be told that after leaving they did not have the necessary tools. Blatant issues with our yard are never proactively addressed or communicated within their organization time and time again. Because we have a contract with them, we honor our part by paying the bill in a timely manner. Unfortunately, their management does not reciprocate by returning messages when there are valid concerns.
  I realize that most people do not spend the time to communicate positive experiences, and use forums such as this to vent. In this abbreviated case, though, the criticism is completely warranted.

  After going through three different gardeners I'm so happy I found them ....they do a great job !... Joe is the best .... He really took time with me and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about !...
