  Friendly service and tremendous food. I work in a business parkway and a friend suggested we drive down to Defiance to get a sandwich. The steak sandwich was fantastic. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was cooked perfectly. The bar tender was also very gracious. We had to order, leave, and come back. She had our food bagged up as soon as we came back. Excellent experience at the Defiance Roadhouse. Would suggest to friends and coworkers.

  Food was delicious! Good atmosphere too! But our waitress (middle aged, had no neck) was not only very rude but never checked on us and didn't use a word of manners. Slammed our food on the table too.
  Other than her, this place is awesome!
